After four years of talking through chat via their messengers, Brett (to quench his curiosity) decided to ask Stephanie if they could talk over the phone. Stephanie was a bit surprised by the invitation but she thought that there was nothing to lose, since she and Brett already knew enough stuff about each other for them to be able to hold a substantial conversation.
